Do you like striking contrasts? If you do, this modern version of a traditional chalet will impress you with the contrast between inside and outside. Donald Architecture completed the design of the Hocker Farm, a charming stone house. The challenge was to create the additional rooms in a relatively small space. A space-saving staircase and an open approach to the master bathroom made it possible to partially fulfill the contract. Glass and stone determine the exterior of the residence, which has an original appearance. A portion of minimalism defines the entire design scheme, which is spiced up here and there by strong colors. The attic space is particularly interesting with its sloping walls and exposed wooden beams.
