This standing desk is a reinterpretation of a piece by Donald Judd from 1984. After almost 30 years, the desk has not lost its charm, but it had to be reissued, and Schellmann Furniture did. The design is more masculine: massive legs, multiple layers for storage, and sharp corners. The functionality is obvious: there are several layers of tabletop for storing things and some hidden storage space in the legs. Now it’s redone in light wood and a natural finish to enjoy the texture of wood. Any male office or home office would be complemented with such a piece of furniture.
