The outside stairs are made of solid red western cedar, and a brass plate is attached to each hut. Solid boards made of white oak and handpicked, milled and put together to make the doors, frames and sills. Pine-clad ceilings complete the cabin feel and don’t forget the flooring – Gute’s own hand-painted painted pine floor. The Collingwood hat is only 7.5 ‘wide and 15.5’ long from end to end.
