The architect Anna Lotova began looking for the lighthearted, hidden humor in every material and medium, and the result was this oxymoron desk. It consists of two layers of alcantara-covered foam, sandwiched between sheets of plywood, forming a “toolbox” for storing documents, items and tech gadgets (and you can put your hands in there to take a nap). The author believes that the most common problems faced by office workers are boring work environments, uncomfortable furniture, and clutter and clutter on the table. That’s why she created this cool and humorous desk – comfortable, fun and original. What I like about it is its softness – it makes you relax and inspires creative work.
