The three-storey residence Mountain View by SoNo Arhitekti is located in a hill near an Austrian mountain village. Its location near the top of the hill allows for sweeping views, so the house was designed to take advantage of this. The house is framed by reinforced concrete and cross laminated timber. This arrangement made it easy to create entire glazed walls in front of some rooms that would give residents panoramic views. The interiors are modern, full of daylight and natural colors, with different material combinations that create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
