Neutral Color Apartment

Minimalism is the cleanest, and perhaps one of the most functional decorating styles out there today, and the owner of this apartment picked it for his man cave. As an IT specialist, this is one of the coolest styles to express your personality.

M3 ARCHITECTS designed a minimalist interior in Odessa, Ukraine. The apartment was named Blank because it is like a blank canvas that can be changed and filled in a number of ways. Blank focuses on a neutral color scheme, simple materials, and a circular traffic pattern that maximizes compact space.

The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows showing the view with an open floor plan to fill the entire interior space with light. They used a curated selection of furniture from brands such as Poliform, Artemide, Deltalight, Zanotta, Duravit, Grohe and Ceasarstone.

Light natural wood floors, white walls and cabinets as well as occasional black accents create a timeless interior in the kitchen. The large kitchen island also serves as a dining area and is located in front of the window. I also like that the designers made maximum use of the view and made it available everywhere – in the living room and in the kitchen.

A small work area is integrated in a room divider and a storage unit. The bedroom is clean and comfortable, with multiple layers of light and storage units that dissolve it. The neutral color palette makes the room both functional and relaxing at the same time.
