Creative storage pieces are needed in any modern space to save them and not to spoil the design. Aaron Dunkerton has developed an expandable clothes fan that unfolds into a star shape to create more space for hanging wet clothes. The clothes horse has 36 arms, 10 more than a traditional fan, and when in use it is shaped like a 12-pointed star. The piece is made from narrow strips of beach plywood connected by brushed aluminum rods. The dimensions of the clothes horse are 56 cm long, 32 wide and 23 cm high, but when used, its dimensions are 56 cm deep, 112 cm wide and 112 cm high – comfortable and suitable for many modern homes.
